Novotel Wien City

Room was really nice and the location is good as well, close to the center. The prices in the hotel restaurant were almost the same as in another restaurants in the city so it was really convenient to have a lunch or late dinner.

Guy on the front desk was very kind. Room was OK, one big bed and one pull out bed. Clean. Towells were changed daily even if we didn't leave them on the floor. Complementary water in the fridge in the room. Breakfast was good, there were many options for one to choose from. Location is great, 15mins form Stephen's cathedral, by foot. Metro station is near.

The place is really welcoming for families with children, the kids received nice gifts on check in. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, also very efficient (we came in late and got a room in which the sofa beds were not made up, so they changed the room and gave us a bigger one in no time). I was afraid of the garage but it is actually very near, once you unload in front of the Hotel you have a minute drive to the garage and a 3 minutes walk back. The buffet breakfast is also excellent, everything is there and it is served until 10:30. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, even the sofa bed for children.

The room I stayed in (executive room) was spacious and comfy. The desk was also big enough for work. The breakfast offers a wide veriety of food and was delicious. The staff were also friendly and professional.
