The place is really welcoming for families with children, the kids received nice gifts on check in. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, also very efficient (we came in late and got a room in which the sofa beds were not made up, so they changed the room and gave us a bigger one in no time). I was afraid of the garage but it is actually very near, once you unload in front of the Hotel you have a minute drive to the garage and a 3 minutes walk back. The buffet breakfast is also excellent, everything is there and it is served until 10:30. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, even the sofa bed for children.

For my kids summer vacation it was a trip worth remembering and Novotel was a good choice we took. For a family of 4 the room was good and spacious and was always kept clean with an option of not to be cleaned in order to support environment safety. We took the room with breakfast included which provided a good variety of breakfast option. I would really like to thank "Andreea" at reception who cleared all our doubts regarding the nearby places and suggesting the best commuting option. Thanks, Shalini

Guy on the front desk was very kind. Room was OK, one big bed and one pull out bed. Clean. Towells were changed daily even if we didn't leave them on the floor. Complementary water in the fridge in the room. Breakfast was good, there were many options for one to choose from. Location is great, 15mins form Stephen's cathedral, by foot. Metro station is near.

Great location, nearest metro station Nestroyplatz U1 is only 100m far from the hotel. You can reach the center of the city in less than 10 minutes. Hotel is clean, room spacious, comfy beds, big tv screen. You can enjoy the Gym. Staff is kind and helpfull.
